A little bit about me
01.
I’m Legally Named Aaron
I was born and raised in San Jose, CA with its suburban sprawl, tech ecosystem and long commutes. I've sought to understand how the Silicon Valley affected the wider world. With a background in political economy and a J.D. from Santa Clara Law, I know how to connect with innovators.
02.
Relationship with technology
I love the concept of tech uplifting society and long walks on the beach. My youth was spent camping, going on road trips, and capturing moments I found personally validating. It’s the best way I know how to reconnect the human soul to the increasingly digital world around us.

Photography
From my first Canon Rebel XS, to being gifted an AE-1 and discovering a love for the unexpected, I developed my kit and my focus to remain patient - always with one eye open for the perfect moment. All it took to reach this stage was leaving corporate behind and looking towards the horizon. I'm constantly learning.

Interesting Fact
Not only do I shoot on film, I am also a writer, researcher, and the resident community technographer at the ACCELR8 hacker house in San Francisco. It seemed like the perfect way to channel my interest in startups & founders while leveraging my regulatory and legal background. I can also freestyle rap and make beats.
